Qcargo Solutions needed a way to verify business partners across the air cargo industry. Manually running financial checks, screening sanctions lists, and reviewing company data took one to three days per partner. We built a portal that automates the entire process.
The problem
One person. Dozens of checks. No room for delay.
One person handled all partner verifications. Every new partner meant manually checking company data, running a Dun & Bradstreet report, screening against denied party lists, reviewing certifications and licenses. When that person was in a meeting or had a full day, verifications stalled. Partners waited. The network waited.
Because the process lived in one person's head, there was no backup, no audit trail, and no consistency between checks.
Three types of partners (road carriers, warehouses, customs brokers) each required different questionnaires with different criteria. Managing that on paper and email was becoming impossible as the network grew.
What we built
A portal that runs the entire verification automatically.
A partner fills in a questionnaire. From that moment, everything is automated.
AI Verification Agent
Checks company details, ownership (UBO), licenses, financial performance, and employee data against multiple databases. No manual lookups. The AI flags discrepancies and assigns a confidence score to each data point.
Denied Party Screening
Every partner is automatically screened against international sanctions and denied party lists. Results are included in the final report.
Financial Performance Checks
Integrated with Dun & Bradstreet and Graydon (Creditsafe). Credit scores, risk indicators, and financial health reports are pulled and attached automatically.
Export Trade Control Screening
Upload a commercial invoice and the system checks your shipment against current export trade control regulations.
HS Code Plausibility Checker
Upload an invoice, check if HS codes match the goods description. Mismatches trigger a suggestion for a better code, including possible ECCN links.
Network Integration
The portal connects to the NAP (Network of Airline Professionals). Verified partners appear at the top of search results, turning compliance into a competitive advantage.
