We're building a portal that connects directly to Riege Scope, starting with automated booking creation and customs declaration processing. Our tools handle the manual steps around Scope so your team can focus on the shipments.
The problem
Scope runs your operation. Everything around it is still manual.
Freight forwarders use Riege Scope for the core of their work: managing shipments, customs declarations, file handling. But the steps before and after are still manual. Pre-alert documents arrive by email. Someone reads the invoice, types the data into Scope line by line. Compliance checks happen in separate tools. Finding a reliable partner in another country means calling around.
These manual steps cost hours every day. They're repetitive, error-prone, and they don't scale when volume increases.
What we're building
Four tools. One portal. Connected to Scope.
Booking Integration
A freight forwarder receives a pre-alert document by email (commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills). Our system extracts the relevant data using AI document processing and converts it into the XML format Scope expects. Result: a booking appears in Scope without manual data entry.
Customs Declaration Assistant
Upload a commercial invoice. The system processes it and returns it in a format ready to import into Scope for customs declarations. Twenty minutes of manual line-by-line entry becomes a one-click upload.
Operator Assistant
Every shipment has rules: country-specific, airline-specific, customer-specific, carrier-specific. The operator assistant checks the incoming shipment data and displays a checklist of all applicable rules for that specific file. Your team catches issues before they become problems.
Scope Global Directory
An interactive world map of verified companies using Scope. Search by country, service type, or specialisation. Find a trusted partner in 30 seconds instead of asking around.
